Phil Eyre

Phil started his career in wealth management, was executive director at Canaccord Wealth before changing career. He remained a non-exec director whilst serving in various third sector, faith and educational roles in the Channel Islands and UK. Having encountered psychometric surveys whilst hub director for a theology college, Phil has developed a sophisticated understanding in behavioural science. With a deep passion that workplaces enable people to flourish, Phil founded Leaders and is owner of The Learning Company.

Phil has an enthusiastic and inspiring style, which he brings to every situation, whether coaching, mentoring, group sessions or public speaking. He loves to bring practical ideas that help people to make the changes that they know they need to make in life and work.
